Customer Support Specialist
a. Supports customer inquiries through verbal communication, email, phone, and chat.
b. Performs system health checks, monitoring, and some script/code updates.
c. Create reports and data extraction using database queries.
d. Generate accurate and timely reports as requested by customer.
a. Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
b. Must be customer-service oriented
c. Proficient in oral and verbal communication using English and Filipino languages
d. Innovative problem solver, results-minded, and solution-focused
e. Familiar with basic Linux navigation
f. With knowledge on MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
g. Knowledge or experience in the following is an advantage:
• Programming using one of the following: Phyton, PHP, HTML/CSS, Perl, VB.Net
• Scripting (Bash, Batch files, PowerShell)
