Application Support Engineer
a. Supports customer inquiries through verbal communication, email, phone, and chat.
b. Performs system health checks, monitoring, and some script/code updates.
c. Create reports and data extraction using database queries.
d. Generate accurate and timely reports as requested by customer.
a. Bachelor's/ College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
b. Passionate about giving service
c. Proficient in oral and verbal communication using English and Filipino languages.
d. Innovative problem solver, results-minded, and solution-focused.
e. With basic knowledge in Linux, MySQL
f. Must be a good team player, resilient and adaptable
g. Knowledge or experience in the following is an advantage:
• Programming using one of the following: Phyton, PHP, HTML/CSS, Perl, VB.Net)
• Scripting (Bash, Batch files, PowerShell)
