In our continuous pursuit of growth and collaboration, eScience recently held a Scrum Echo Training
session facilitated by our very own Scrum Master, Mr. Aron Obile. The training aimed to enhance the
team’s understanding of our internal retrospective process—Scrum Echo—and how it contributes to agile,
high-performing teams.
Mr. Obile guided participants through the principles, purpose, and practical execution of Scrum Echo
sessions, emphasizing how regular reflection empowers teams to recognize strengths, confront challenges,
and adapt intelligently.
Thanks to Mr. Obile’s insightful facilitation, the team walked away with a clearer, stronger grasp of
how to lead and contribute to Scrum Echo sessions with purpose and impact.
At eScience, Scrum Echo is more than a checkpoint—it’s a mindset of continuous improvement. And this
training was another step forward in building teams that don’t just work together—but grow together.
