Finally, after 2 long years
It’s been 2 years since we last gathered as one eScience family due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
As you know, Management decided to implement Work from Home (WFH) set up prior to the lockdown last March 2020. Since then, we haven’t seen each other as one company, in a face to face gathering, to minimize the risk of spreading the virus in our workplace.
Last April, we all went to El Nido, Palawan for the much-awaited company Kick off & Outing. Our team flew a direct flight from Manila to El Nido via AirSWIFT and stayed in Seda Lio Hotel, a five-star resort located in Lio Tourism Estate developed by Ten Knots Philippines Inc which is a subsidiary of Ayala Land.
For three days and two nights, we all had fun exchanging stories, welcoming new hires, and just catching up while enjoying its pristine beaches, towering limestone cliffs and breathtaking marine life.
The whole group enjoyed all our activities that also included Team Building activities for all units, guided tours to both secret and hidden beaches, small and big lagoons, kayaking, island hopping and the tranquil sceneries. Everyone did not mind the intense activities because the buffet meals re-energized our tired bodies.
We also had our General Assembly in our last night where we heard the good news about hitting our Q1 All Winners Targets. That translates to more good news as all regular employees received their respective productivity bonus on that same night!
We never could ask for more. El Nido is really a paradise that eScience got to enjoy as a team.
We are grateful to God for blessing eScience Corporation throughout the pandemic & as we have an awesome start this 2022.
